EFMS: The first 7 months
Since its formation 11 December 1998, the EFMS has been registered with the authorities in Paris, a bank account has been established and the Executive Committee has met in Frankfurt, Germany 18 February 1999. Recently trial EFMS Webpages have been loaded onto the server at the Institut d'Oceanographie in Paris, with the Union des Oceanographes de France: http://www.oceano.org/UOF
